What a beautiful fall we have had so far, but the first day of winter is fast approaching on Dec. 21.

This time of year, as we drive along the countryside, we can enjoy the beautiful red and gold leaves.

The kids are now back in school for another year. Our summer has gone much too fast!

It is hard to believe that August is already here! Where did the summer go? School will be starting soon.

The nutrition site has the following events scheduled for July.

It doesn’t seem possible that June is already here! We have several events scheduled for this month at the nutrition site.
