Window damaged at Norwalk Village Office

In an apparent act of vandalism, a rock resulted in a broken window at the Norwalk Village Office sometime between Sunday evening, March 3, and Monday morning, March 4. Those with more information are asked to call 823-7760.  (Contributed photo)
