The Village of Wilton on Monday released security footage depicting former Wilton Village Board President Tim Welch’s interaction with a municipal pool lifeguard on July 20.
Posted to Wilton clerk/treasurer Leigha Barton’s personal YouTube page, the following is the description attached to the video: “Due to some allegations that a former Village President Cornered an employee and forcefully put his hands on her, The Village has been advised by our Attorneys to make this video public.”
The description does not specify who made the allegations.
