• Viroqua clinic — Erlandson Building basement, 318 Fairlane Drive (County Hwy. BB): 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 6; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 7; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 13; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 14
• La Farge clinic — La Farge Medical Clinic–VMH, 206 N. Mill St.: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 8
• Ontario clinic — Ontario Municipal Building, 205 State St.: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20
• Hillsboro clinic — Hillsboro Wesleyan Church, 1020 High Ave.: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 21
