Vernon County Emergency Management will offer a seminar that will feature information and resources to recover from a disaster or emergency at 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 19, at the Westby Area Performing Arts Center, 206 S. West Avenue.
The program is intended for residents to get information before an emergency or disaster happens. The event is free to the public.
Several organizations, including Coulee Cap, Great Rivers 11, Red Cross, Salvation Army, River 2 Ridge Disaster Resilience Group and Vernon County Emergency Management, will provide 10- to 15-minute presentations on their organization and what they can offer for assistance. Handouts and brochures may be available as well.
