• Erlandson Building basement, 318 Fairlane Drive (County Hwy. BB), Viroqua — 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 7; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 9; and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 10
• La Farge Medical Clinic (Vernon Memorial Hospital), 206 N. Mill St. — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17
• Ontario Municipal Building, 205 State St. — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 15
• Hillsboro Wesleyan Church, 1020 High Ave. — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16
