Monday, Aug. 27: Randall Brueggeman of Cashton was westbound on Central Avenue in Coon Valley, turning right onto Bothne Drive, when a 10-year-old La Crosse child on a bicycle crossed into Central Avenue and struck the side of the Brueggeman vehicle.
