The Monroe County Health Department will host a Covid-19 vaccination clinic Friday, May 21, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at the Cashton Elementary School gymnasium, located at 436 Front St., Cashton.
Pre-scheduled appointments are highly encouraged. Walk-ins will be accepted.
This clinic is open to those age 12 and older. To register, visit https://vaccinate.wi.gov/en-US/ or call the Monroe County Health Department at 269-8666 between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
All individuals age 12 and older are now eligible to receive the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. Children between ages 12–17 will need a parent consent form signed prior to being vaccinated. The form can be found on the Monroe County Health Department website at http://healthymonroecowi.org/vaccine/.
This clinic will administer the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine only, which is a two-dose series. When you schedule your appointment, you will be automatically scheduled for your second dose on Friday, June 11, same time, same place.
