Thomas D. Bradley, 54, of Tomah, Wis., passed away Saturday, April 15, 2023, surrounded by family and laughter at the Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wis.

Tom was born July 7, 1968, to Harold and Mary (Muehlenkamp) Bradley. He was a 1987 Brookwood High School graduate. Tom was united in marriage to Laurie Hericks in May 1991 and was a proud stepfather to Sarah Sullivan. To this union, they were blessed with two daughters, Cassie and Christy. He was later married to Mikki Weems in April 2015 and welcomed with open arms his stepdaughter, Nicole Bitterman.

A man with many skills, he utilized them through his work, including at Bradley Excavating from 1984–1998, Mathy Construction, Martin Trucking, and most recently at Cardinal IG. A job he was most proud of was being his father’s “righthand man.”

Tom was full of life and laughter until the very end. He was always going out of his way to tell a good joke and was willing to lend a hand to his friends and family. He loved having a cold Busch Latte and shooting pool, but what brought him the most happiness were his grandkids.

He is survived by his wife, Mikki; his daughters, Cassie Cunitz and Christy (Peach) DeWitt, both of Norwalk; his stepdaughters, Sarah Sullivan of Sparta and Nicole Bitterman of Winona, Minn.; his grandchildren, Noah Sullivan, Maci, Lainey and Peyton Cunitz, and Jordie and Carter DeWitt; his parents, Harold and Mary Bradley of Sparta; his mother-in-law, Carlene Weems of Rocklin, Calif.; his siblings, Theresa (Tony) Johnson of Mason City, Iowa, William (Dana) Bradley of Fond du Lac, Wis., Dan (Kristin) Bradley of Tomah, and Tammie (Jeff) Zellmer of Tomah; and his nieces and nephews, Alexa, Morgan (goddaughter) and Shelby Johnson, Haley and Lizzie Bradley, and Derek and Tyler Zellmer.

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Ollie and Helen Muehlenkamp; his paternal grandparents, Elmer and Cecelia Bradley; along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and close friends.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, at the American Legion, 800 Wisconsin Ave., Tomah, WI 54660. Pastor Bob Streeter will officiate.
