A special service at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wilton on Sunday will celebrate the restoration of the church’s stained glass windows. The project, estimated to cost $115,000, is now about two-thirds complete, and the final phase is scheduled for completion in Easter of 2011. The windows date to 1926, when the church was built….
