Vacation Bible School will be hosted by St John’s in Kendall, 297 E. South Railroad St. Everyone from pre-kindergarten to adults is invited to join in the summertime fun from July 24–28 from 6–8 p.m.
This year’s Vacation Bible School theme will explore the passage 1 Timothy 2:4–6, “God wants all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth” (EHV). During the week, we will look at stories like “The Parable of the Great Banquet,” “The Samaritan Women,” and “Healing of the Leper” to show God going out to his people (even those culture calls clean or unworthy).
Friday night will be our family night program to recap the week, share in singing some of our favorite hymns, and enjoy a treat.
