Sparta man accused of forgery, identify theft in Norwalk incident

For allegedly cashing two Valley Pride payroll checks that he had found in a lost wallet in Norwalk, Ezequiel Vasquez-Bautista, 34, of Sparta is facing two felony charges in Monroe County Circuit Court.
