Shelly Jean Williams Roberts (Parr), 65, of Beloit, Wis., and formerly of Ontario passed away Jan. 15, 2016, after a fierce battle with pancreatic cancer. Her husband, Larry Roberts, was by her side.

It was not unusual for family and friends to receive special Goodwill gifts, presented in a plastic bag.

Shelly is survived by her spouse, Larry Earl Roberts; her father, Robert Parr (Monica); her siblings, Bessie Hable, Robbie (Brenda) Parr, Roger (Carol) Parr, Robin (Jah) Zinsou, Ginger Lowrey, Dawn Lowrey and Nicole Lowrey; her children, Christina Copeland (Bill Emmons), Crystal Copeland (Dave Grundy), Catrina Schoen (Bill), Lincoln Williams (Alicia Hallam), and Quentin Williams (Sheila); her stepchildren, Marc (Nikki) Roberts and Keith Roberts; her grandchildren, Kelsey, Evan, Nathaniel, Noelani, Brianna, David, Charisse, Pendora, Rebecca, Faith, Kevin, Abigail, and Adrian; Danny Copeland (ex-husband) and Robert Williams (ex-husband); and her pets, Max, Izzy, Mister, Jack and Bear.

Shelly is preceded in death by her mother, Christina Parr, and her stepdaughter, Nikkitoya Roberts.

The visitation and funeral service will be at Rosman, Uehling, and Kinzer Funeral Home & Crematory, 1125 Cranston Road in Beloit, on Tuesday, Jan. 19. Visitation will begin at 3 p.m., followed by a brief service at 5 p.m., with friend and Rev. Paullete Farrar officiating. A light fellowship meal will follow at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to family members or mailed to Catrina Schoen, 1015 Madison Road, Milton, WI 53563.

The family of Shelly wishes to thank Agrace Hospice staff for their amazing support through Shelly’s final year.
