Monday, Jan. 16: Pulled-pork sandwiches, barbecue packets, whole-grain buns, winter squash, coleslaw and applesauce
Tuesday, Jan. 17: Chicken parmesan, cavatappi noodles, broccoli, breadsticks and butter, fresh fruit and pumpkin bars
Wednesday, Jan. 18: Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, gravy, festive bean salad, peas, whole-grain bread and butter, and fresh-fruit mix
Thursday, Jan. 19: Loaded baked potato soup, crackers, ham and cheese on whole-grain buns, carrots with ranch dip, and peaches
Friday, Jan. 20: Beef and broccoli, fried, rice, vegetable eggrolls, fresh-fruit mix, and cherry bread and butter
Monday, Jan. 23: Salisbury steak, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, tomato juice, whole-grain bread and butter, and apricots
Tuesday, Jan. 24: Pork carnitas, lettuce, salsa and cheese, whole-grain tortillas, Spanish rice and black beans, applesauce, and chocolate chip cookies
Wednesday, Jan. 25: Pizza casserole, whole-grain pasta, garlic breadsticks, mixed-green salad, and pineapple
