Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers will host an open house at the Norwalk Health Center from 4–6 p.m. Thursday, May 19.
The open house will be at the Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers’ Activity Center in Norwalk (200 W. North St.) and feature free health screenings, a provider meet-and-greet, community resource information and plans for the Norwalk Health Center renovations. Light refreshments will be available
Scenic Bluffs is a nonprofit, community-based healthcare provider. It accepts Wisconsin Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance and cares for those without insurance. Additionally, Scenic Bluffs offers a sliding-fee scale program available to those with or without insurance, which may reduce the cost of care to those who qualify. Qualifications are based on the individual’s household size and income.
