Royall to offer free meals this summer

The Royall School District will once again offer free summer meals to everyone 18 and younger.

There will be several locations to choose from. Both breakfast and lunch will be available in the Royall Elementary School cafeteria. Breakfast will be from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m., and lunch will be from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday from June 6–23.

The district also will serve both breakfast and lunch Monday through Thursday from June 6 through July 28 in the Royall High School cafeteria.

Lunch only will be available at the Elroy Depot and the Kendall Gazebo from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and at Schultz Park in Elroy (by the swimming pool) from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. from June 6 through July 28. Meals will not be served on Monday, July 4, at any location.

Menus will be posted weekly on the district Facebook page.

A press release prepared by the Royall School District states, “You are encouraged to participate as many days as possible. Participation can make a positive impact on both your home’s and the school’s budget.”
