Rev. Monsignor Bernard O. McGarty of the Diocese of La Crosse was cited for disorderly conduct and fined $250 in an incident at a salon in Wausau on Thursday afternoon.
McGarty is one of the largest owners of rural property in the town of Whitestown and has been for many years.
