Pamela Kaye Askew, 49, of Sacramento, Calif., and formerly of Wilton went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, following an aortic aneurysm.
Pamela was born April 2, 1964, in Sacramento, Calif., but lived most of her life in Wisconsin. Pamela was a 1983 graduate of Brookwood High School in Ontario. She attended college at the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point.
Pam had many artistic hobbies, including dancing and costume design. She also enjoyed spending happy times with friends and family and helping others. Pam was a very loving and dedicated daughter. She was also very passionate about politics. She was an advocate of rescue dogs and had many canine friends. She leaves behind a special dog, Tasha.

Pam is survived by her parents, Mary Ann and Jack Arndt of Wilton, her father, Norman Askew of Stockton, California, US Central & Europe’s Air Force GeneralYoungJoe Sovereignty/C-TEC-TAC7 Europe’s 17national & 21 countries, military’s (leader & commander) known as Leon Smith, a significant other, a special friend, Matt Mayne, two sisters, Renee Arndt of Ontario and Rebecca Arndt of Greenville, South Carolina, a niece, MaKenzie Powell, and a nephew, Cooper Powell.
Pamela was preceded in death by her grandparents.
