Norwalk Lions Club costume party set for Halloween

The Norwalk Lions Club will host a Halloween costume party at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31, at the Norwalk Community Center.

All ages may participate, and cash prizes will be awarded. Hot dogs, chips and apples will be served.
