N-O-W building project meets code challenges

Though challenges associated with meeting state building requirements has resulted in more expenses for the Norwalk-Ontario-Wilton School District’s new construction, the project remains within the cost parameters established by the $24.9 million referendum amount, the board of education learned at its meeting Monday.
