The following is the Monroe County Sheriff Office’s crime and crash report for April 19–25.
Sunday, April 19: Nicholas Zimmer, 35, of Sparta and Krystal Kogutkiewicz, 35, of Tomah were both arrested for battery (domestic-related) after they got into a fight while driving from Eau Claire to Cataract. Zimmer also was charged with possession of THC and paraphernalia.
Sunday, April 19: Oshea Rosenthal, 22, of Kankakee, Ill., was arrested for carrying a concealed weapon, felon in possession of a firearm, possession of THC and obstructing an officer after deputies made contact with him at a gas station in Warrens. During the contact, Rosenthal lied about his name because he had an out-of-state warrant.
Tuesday, April 21: Derek Parker, 23, of Tomah was arrested for burglary, theft, criminal damage to property, trespass to dwelling, and bail jumping. Parker is accused of breaking into a garage and stealing property from a rural Warrens residence.
Thursday, April 23: Rachel Dupree, 31, of Oakdale was arrested for OWI (third offense) and bail jumping after she crashed her vehicle on Julep Avenue.
