Mary Magdalen Schwarz, 94, of Norwalk passed away Friday, Nov. 11, 2011, at Heritage Manor in Elroy.
Mary was born July 12, 1917, to Michael and Sophia (Flock) Udulutsch in Norwalk. On May 29, 1954, she was united in marriage to Stanley Schwarz. Mary was a faithful member of St. Augustine’s Catholic Church. She and Stan owned and operated the hardware store in Norwalk.
Mary is survived by one son, Bill Schwarz of Elroy; one daughter, Ann (Spencer) Degner of Wonewoc; six grandchildren, Michael, Amanda, Melissa, Miranda, Maria and Nicholas (Macey) Revels; four great-grandchildren, Carter and Braylen Bracey and Rylee Revels and Levi Revels; two brothers, Father Robert Udulutsch and Tom Udulutsch; along with other relatives and friends.
Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Stan, in 2002; her parents; one grandchild, Melinda; five brothers, Stanley, Joseph, Dick, Jim and Father Irvin Udulutsch; and two sisters, Pattie Udulutsch and Betty Herbage.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, at St. Augustine’s Catholic Church in Norwalk. Burial will follow in St. Augustine’s Catholic Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited for visitation at the church from 5–7 p.m. Monday, with a prayer vigil, and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday.
