Lowell W. Mason, 82, of Plant City, Fla., passed away Feb. 19, 2017, at home.
Lowell served in the United States Army and was a member and past Post Commander of American Legion Post 467 in Ontario. Lowell worked at Paradise Fruit for 34 years.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, two brothers, and one son, Micky Mason.
Lowell is survived by his wife, Carolyn; his children, Pat Downing of Plant City, Fla., Gene (Deb) Cary of Viroqua, Judy Myers of Ontario, Doni (Von) Taylor of Ontario, Rick (Pam) Mason of Pittsville, Wis., Steve Mason of Monroe, Wis., and Rod (Missy) Mason of Plant City, Fla.; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will begin at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 25, at Wells Memorial Funeral Home in Plant City, Fla., followed by fellowship. Condolences may be made online at www.wellsmemorial.com.
