Randy A. Volden, 58, of La Farge was arrested Oct. 15 by the Wisconsin State
Patrol Tomah Post for his fifth offense of operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper observed a vehicle with no front license plate and the driver not wearing his seatbelt. The trooper conducted a traffic stop. Upon making contact with the driver, the trooper observed multiple signs of impairment, and after administering the standardized field sobriety test, the driver was arrested for OWI fifth offense
