Falcons grind out win in opener

A rousing opening drive put Brookwood up 7–0 at De Soto on Friday night, but the team battled through nearly three quarters of silence before altering the score again, which they did — twice, actually — in the fourth quarter, setting up a 21–7 victory against the Pirates.
