Elizabeth (Betty) McCracken Emshoff, 77, of Pompano Beach, Fla., died Oct. 5, 2015, at her home.
She was born Feb. 10, 1938, and graduated from Norwalk High School in 1956. Most of her career she worked for the Federal Post Office in Florida.
Elizabeth is survived by two daughters, Melissa Emshoff and Michelle (Charlie) Martina; one grandson, Alex Martina; one granddaughter, Audry Martina; a sister, Barbara (Darlo) Wentz; and a sister-in-law, Sharon Clements McCracken. She is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Fay and Esther (O’Gara) McCracken; her sister, Patricia Burke; her brother, Gene McCracken; a nephew, Travis Wentz; and a great-nephew and great-niece, Chance and Sunny Alsen.
Elizabeth loved spending time on the telephone, talking to relatives and friends in Wisconsin. She took many vacations with daughter Melissa to Wisconsin.
