Carmen J. Koltermann, 62, of Norwalk, died Sunday, July 13, 2014, at Serenity House in Tomah.
She was born on March 4, 1952, to Clarence and Norma (Roberts) Lane. She grew up in Sparta and Farmers Valley.
Carmen married David L. Koltermann in 1970 in Sparta. They lived in Sparta and moved to Norwalk in 1979.
Carmen worked at Mayo Clinic Health System in Sparta for 33 years.
She is survived by her husband, David of Norwalk; her children, David Koltermann Jr., Jon (Mary) Koltermann and Kevin (Tracy) Koltermann, all of Norwalk; her grandchildren, Dalton, Lane, Jaydon, Morgan, Hayden, Sage, Micaela, Lexy and Nick; and a special friend, Sarah Montiel of Sparta.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Lanham-Schanhofer Funeral Home in Sparta. Burial will be in Pilgrims Home Cemetery, Norwalk.
