Due to construction and limited parking at Brookwood High School, a shuttle service will be offered for the Brookwood graduation ceremony on Friday, May 24.

Construction is underway on a gymnasium/multi-purpose FEMA-certified storm shelter, which will double as space for physical education classes and athletic and weight training. It is part of the district’s nearly $30 million construction project, which also includes a new track, football field and auditorium.

The school bus shuttles will run from the Village of Ontario Pavilion to the front door of the school building the night of graduation. Shuttles will run at 6:15 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. from the pavilion to the school. Wait in the pavilion if you plan to ride the shuttle.

The shuttles also will bring participants back to the Ontario pavilion following the graduation ceremony, 15 and 30 minutes after the graduation ceremony is over.

A handicapped-accessible UTV will be available on the school grounds the night of graduation to assist anyone in need. If a spectator needs assistance with the UTV service, let the parking attendant know when you enter the school parking lot.
