N-O-W School District superintendent

As he has done a great job for 22-plus years as the Brookwood Junior and Senior High School athletic director, I would like to thank Mr. Ken Clinton for his many years of dedicated service to the student-athletes, coaches, community, our school district, the Scenic Bluffs Conference, and the WIAA. Thank you, Ken, for your dedication, organization, and the countless hours you have spent to ensure our athletic programs are successful, and congrats again on your retirement!

After an extensive interview process with an extremely large and highly qualified candidate pool seeking this position, we would like to formally introduce Heidi Maurhoff as the new athletic director at Brookwood Junior and Senior High School! Maurhoff is no stranger to the hallways and athletic department here at Brookwood, and she will do an amazing job leading our athletic department.

She is the head track coach here at Brookwood; is a teacher at Cooperative Educational Service Agency #4 of the blind and visually impaired, working with students in many districts throughout the region; lives between Norwalk and Wilton; had both of her sons graduate from Brookwood High School (Orrie in 2018 and Wyatt in 2024); and has always been a positive advocate and strong supporter of Brookwood athletics.

Maurhoff will work with Clinton, current Brookwood High School athletic director, throughout the transition period this spring and will officially be the new Brookwood athletic director on July 1.

Congratulations and welcome to Heidi Maurhoff, the new athletic director at Brookwood Junior and Senior High School!
