Mark Williams of the Ontario American Legion presents a $300 check to Heidi Kelly, special education teacher, and Travis Anderson, Norwalk-Ontario-Wilton School District Administrator, to go toward the Brookwood Adaptive Recreation Program (formerly Special Olympics).
