Jury trial stems from Kendall resident’s refusal to mow lawn 

Village of Kendall employees had to appear at a Monroe County Circuit Court trial last week for a resident who was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting an officer after police had attempted to deal with his refusal to mow his lawn last summer.
