Wynn Willis Capps, 4/19/1943 to 4/1/2023. Passed away peacefully with his loving wife by his side.
He is survived by his wife, Joyce; his children, Wryan (Stephanie) Capps, Heather (Rob) Drager, Derek (Connie) Capps, Aaron (Rachel) Capps, Lori Capps; and 11 grandchildren.
Wynn was preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Jeanette (Wood) Capps, and his sister, Wanda Gasper.
He was born in Elroy, raised in Wilton and spent his adult life in New Mexico and Texas, finally moving back to “God’s country” for his last 1 1/2 years.
His service will be at St Paul’s Lutheran Church in Wilton at 1:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 5.
