As part of its Ralph Nuzum Lecture Series, the Kickapoo Valley Reserve will offer “Fantastic Fungi: Movers and Shapers of Forest Ecosystems” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, at the KVR Visitor Center, north of La Farge on Highway 131.
Glen Stanosz, University of Wisconsin-Madison professor of tree and forest health, will present the program, which is free and open to the public.
The sponsors of the Ralph Nuzum Lecture Series are the Kickapoo Valley Reforestation Fund, the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Agricultural and Life Services, and the Friends of the Kickapoo Valley Reserve.
