The Monroe County Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) will issue benefits and offer nutrition-education days in November.
Participants can come to the WIC office in Sparta from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 8, or from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21.
WIC provides healthful foods, nutrition education, breastfeeding support and referrals to healthcare and community resources.
