• Hillsboro: Hillsboro Wesleyan Church, 1020 High Ave. — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, March 22
• La Farge: La Farge Medical Clinic (Vernon Memorial Hospital), 206 N. Mill St. — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, March 24
• Ontario: Ontario Municipal Building, 205 State St. — 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 21
• Viroqua: Erlandson Building basement, 318 Fairlane Drive (County Hwy. BB) — 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, March 6; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday, March 7; 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 8; 12–4 p.m. Thursday, March 9; and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, March 10
