Lucille Stecker, 92, of La Crosse died Saturday, May 14, 2011, at St. Joseph’s Rehabilitation Center, La Crosse.

She was born in Norwalk on Oct. 16, 1918, to Frank and Clara (Muehlenkamp) Weibel. On Feb. 18, 1943, she married Wilbur Stecker in Milwaukee.

Lucille is survived by two aunts, Margaret Muehlenkamp and Lillian Muehlenkamp, and numerous cousins.

She was preceded in death by her husband Wilbur on Dec. 7, 1995.

A funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, May 20, in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 130 S. Losey Blvd., La Crosse. Rev. James Pribeck will officiate, with Rev. David Olson and Rev. Jesse Burish concelebrating. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. in St. Augustine Catholic Cemetery, Norwalk. Family and friends may call from 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass in the Monsignor Anthony P. Wagener Parish Hall. The Blessed Sacrament Rosary Group will recite the rosary at 9:40 a.m.

The Blaschke & Schneider Funeral Homes are assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorials are preferred to; the Blessed Sacrament Endowment Fund, or the charity of your choice.
