A Wilton resident came upon a black bear Sunday morning on the Elroy-Sparta State Trail, just east of Wilton. Ben Johnston, who saw the animal between County Highway M and Keystone Road, estimated it was about 200 pounds. It was alone and appeared to be calm, Johnston said….
