Wednesday, Nov. 18: Monroe County reports 71 new cases; Vernon County, 25; and Juneau County, 32

Monroe County had 71 new confirmed cases of Covid-19, resulting in a total of 2,161, of which 1,617 have recovered, 532 are active (12 are hospitalized), and 12 have died.

Vernon County reported 25 new cases, all of whom are recovering at home:

•  A male between 10–19 years old

• Two males in their 20s

• A male in his 30s

• Three males in their 40s

• Two males in their 50s

• A male in his 60s

• A male in his 70s

• A male 90 or older

• A female between 10–19 years old

• Three females in their 30s

• Two females in their 40s

• Three females in their 50s

• A female in her 60s

• Three females in their 80s

Of the county’s total 906 results, 225 are isolating at home, 12 are hospitalized, 660 have recovered, and nine have died.

Juneau County had 32 new cases, resulting in a cumulative count of 1,177, of which 324 are active (three are hospitalized), 306 have been released from isolation, 541 have recovered, and six have died. 

At the New Lisbon Correctional Institute, five new cases were reported, contributing to the total figure of 520. Of those, 17 are active cases. 

The facility outbreak began Aug. 15.
