Rural Norwalk barn destroyed in fire

At about 10 p.m. last night, local firefighters responded to a blaze at Kenny and Marlus Schmitz’s barn on Mesa Avenue in rural Norwalk. No cattle were in the building, but some snowmobiles were destroyed. The Norwalk, Wilton, Cashton, Ontario and Sparta fire departments responded.
