Roger William Todd, 70, of Wilton passed away unexpectedly at his home Sunday, April 30.

He was born in Shelbina, Mo., on March 11, 1947. He was raised in Clarence, Mo., and enlisted in the Marine Corps following graduation from Clarence High School. He served in Vietnam from 1966 to 1967.

He met and married the love of his life, Roseann (Rafajko) Todd, on May 8, 1971.  They moved to their small farm outside of Wilton in 1974 and raised three children. He dearly loved his children and grandchildren and was so happy that they lived close so that he could be a part of their lives.  He loved his life and cherished the many friends that he had in Wisconsin, Missouri and Illinois.

He is survived by his wife, Roseann; his children, Bryan Todd, Rebecca (Matt) Bunk and Brad (Hannah) Todd; his grandchildren, Daniel, Sarah, and Adam Bunk and Ethan and Mason Todd; his sister, Carla (Philip) Koontz; and his brothers-in-law, John (Regina) Rafajko and Steven (Judy) Rafajko.

He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Abigail Todd; his brother, Larry Todd; his parents; and his mother- and father-in-law.

As per his wishes, there will be no viewing or service. A celebration of life will be from 2–6 p.m. Saturday, May 20, at the Wilton American Legion. Memorials may be made to your favorite charity. Roger was always fond of his pets (especially his dogs), so animal-related charities would be appreciated.

The Torkelson Funeral Home of Tomah is assisting the family. Online condolences are available at www.torkelsonfuneralhome.com.
