I would like to respond to last week’s letter to the editor regarding the blood drive. In my opinion, it is at best a gross misrepresentation of the facts. I’m sure most of us from time to time make negative assumptions about someone or something without firsthand knowledge of the facts. I know I have been guilty of that. But I hope most of us would draw the line at plastering those assumptions all over the editorial page of the local newspaper.
