The Kickapoo Valley Reserve will host a potluck supper from 6–8 p.m. Wednesday Aug. 24, at the KVR Visitor Center.

The Kickapoo Valley Reserve has more than 50 miles of trails, many of which are currently adopted. New in 2016, the KVR has included the option to adopt segments of the Kickapoo River from Bridge 5 to Bridge 20.

The KVR Adopt-A-Trail program is intended to provide opportunities for citizens and groups to volunteer their time to help maintain the trails on the Kickapoo Valley Reserve. The KVR will host a potluck supper for current adopters and anyone interested in learning more about this program.
