Gundersen St. Joseph’s expects to break ground on its new Elroy clinic this October.
“We’re really excited to be closer to breaking ground in Elroy,” said Kristie McCoic, administrator at Gundersen St. Joseph’s Hospital and Clinics. “The final stage of site preparation is a large retaining wall, which will sit at the back of the property. Work on the retaining wall is scheduled to begin on Sept. 13.”
The new clinic will consist of 10 exam rooms, a procedure room, a community room, a lab, and ample off-street parking. The clinic will also host a retail tele-pharmacy, the first of its kind within the Gundersen Health System.
Construction of the clinic will take about nine months. The clinic is expected to open in the summer of 2023.
