Viterbo dietetic students Brittani Williams and Natalie Schmit will host a cooking demonstration from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday, March 25, in the Brookwood High School cafeteria.
Williams and Schmit will demonstrate how to properly use a crockpot and some of the items that can be cooked in one. After the demonstration, they will conduct a nutrition-related game for parents and their children. Food will be served after the activity. Also, there will be a raffle for a new crockpot and cookbook.
