In Monroe County Court, Attorney Glenn Stoddard has filed a complaint against the Town of Wilton on behalf of clients in opposition to the Mathy quarry: Larry and Vickie Ross, town residents, and Scott Grenon, who owns Tunnel Trail Campground in the town but is not a resident.
