Michael W. Donskey, 55, of Sparta and Leonard J. Cunitz, 34, of Norwalk were arrested for trespassing after being accused of entering an apartment in Norwalk without the tenant’s permission.
According to the police report, Donskey is the tenant’s landlord and had begun the eviction process. Police say Donskey and Cunitz entered the apartment and began to remove the tenant’s property without finishing the legal eviction process.
Donskey told police his lawyer advised him to consider the property abandoned because the electricity had been shut off weeks before.
