Mount Pisgah to offer vacation Bible school

Mount Pisgah Wesleyan Church near Ontario will host Adventure Island Vacation Bible School for 4- to 12-year-olds (or those who have just completed sixth grade) from 1-4:30 p.m. each day from Aug. 6–10.

The closing program will be at 4 p.m. Friday. All area children are invited.

According to press release prepared by program organizers, “Each day on Adventure Island, kids will participate in large-group singing, skits and fun where they will be learning stories from the Bible. The lessons will share God’s promises – that He will always be with us, that He cares about us, that He gives us what we need, that He saves us, and that He will answer our prayers.

“We hope you come join the fun. It should definitely turn out to be an adventure.”
