Candidates nominated at town caucuses

The following are local towns’ caucus results. Most towns held their caucuses in early January. 

Town of Forest: Mark Davison will run unopposed for the chair position, and the two supervisors’ seats will be contested: Tim Rechlicz and Robert McCoy will run for supervisor one; and William Schiller and Karen Thompson, for supervisor two. Dianne Johnson will run unopposed for the treasurer’s position. 

Town of Glendale: Newcomer Nic Betts will run unopposed for chair in the Town of Glendale April election. Also, Glendale had two nominations for two supervisor seats: Brian “Gus” Hyer and Steve Murray. 

Town of Ridgeville: All candidates will run unopposed: Keith Giraud, chair; Greg Larson, first supervisor; Jerry Haney, second supervisor; Rita Williams, clerk; and Kathy Cale, treasurer. 

Town of Sheldon: All incumbent candidates in Sheldon will run again unopposed: Leroy Baldwin, chair; Kenny Schmitz, supervisor one; Mark Calhoun, supervisor two; and Deborah Ferries, clerk/treasurer. 

Town of Wellington: Three incumbents will run unopposed for their positions in April: Gerry Miller, chair; Doug Birkholz, supervisor one; and Don Pasch, supervisor two. 

Town of Whitestown: Mona Spohn and Doug Delling will vie for the supervisor 2 position in the April election. Otherwise, the town races will be unopposed: George Wilbur, chair; Andrew Benck, supervisor one; Casey Oium, treasurer; and Cori Wilson, clerk. 

Town of Wilton: Incumbent Jan Brandau will run unopposed for chair, and Christopher Chambers and Travis Woods, also unopposed, will fill two supervisor positions.
