Adam J. Schmitz, 29, of Wilton was sentenced to 200 days in jail June 3 for his fourth-offense drunken driving conviction in five years, according to the Monroe County Herald.
Of that sentence, 100 days must be served in jail, and he will be eligible for Huber privileges. The other 100 days will be imposed by the OWI court. Also, he must pay $2,502 in fines and costs, plus his driver’s license will be revoked for 36 months, after which his vehicle must be equipped with an ignition interlock.
