WDRT (91.9 FM in Viroqua) is seeking volunteers for its Songs to Memory project, an initiative that aims to bring music, social interaction and companionship to community residents diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Each volunteer will buddy up with a community member who has early onset Alzheimer’s for one hour per week from October through May in the new WDRT Studio “C” at 311 S. Main St. in Viroqua.
WDRT is also looking for family members of those affected by Alzheimer’s to participate in the program.
